COST

Orders over $100 ship for free. We offer a choice of shipping services for orders under $100

DELIVERY

Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

The average arrival time is 3-5 business days from the time of order confirmation. An order can, however, on occasion, take slightly longer, but is mainly dependent on your location.

Should your order take longer than 15 working days to arrive please contact us and our support team will resolve the issue for you.

Any duties & taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the courier confirms as delivered. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

PRE-ORDER

If an item is listed as preorder, it will ship out once it is restocked. 

EXCHANGES

If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 3 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
